At Blue Note Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
